With a debut at the Paris Motor Show on 27th September, McLaren releases the first teaser photo of their new hypercar. We’ve been anticipating the reveal of the new McLaren F1 – the McLaren P12 – for some time, and expected it to appear at Pebble Beach last month. The new car at Pebble Beach turned out to be the McLaren X-1 (although McLaren did take an iPad presentation of the new F1 for the delectation of the privileged few) but now we know for certain that the new McLaren will get its public debut at the 2012 Paris Motor Show.

Volkswagen’s compact crossover/suv/cuv – the VW Tiguan – has been with us a while now, so as is the way with all product – from soap to supercars – it’s time to tweak the offerings and repackage so the buyer thinks they’re getting more/better/something new for their hard earned cash. It’s called Marketing. So we now get the Volkswagen Tiguan Match replacing the previous Tiguan SE trim.
The new Nissan Note has been revealed in Japan, previewing the Nissan Note for Europe which will debut in 2013. The new Nissan Note has been revealed in Japan, and although it gives us a good idea of what Europe can expect from its new Note which will arrive in 2013, there will be differences. It’s expected that the new Nissan Note for Europe will more closely resemble the Nissan Invitation Concept we saw at the Geneva Motor Show in March, but the JDM Note also gets some of the styling cues from the Innovation concept.
